What should I expect?

You can expect to be greeted warmly by our front desk team, and paired with a knowledgeable bridal consultant.  She will educate you on bridal and show you the different silhouettes that we have here in the store.  She will learn your aesthetic and be able to match a dress with your personality, and will be with you from start to finish.  And yes, you are allowed to take pictures, or facetime/skype with individuals who may not have been able to make it!   

We know that this day is very special to you and your bridal party, and to enhance this experience we ask that you trust your consultant in her abilities to choose the right styles for you, and ask that the gowns remain on the racks until they are pulled for you by your consultant.  

Undergarments are provided, so no need to bring them unless there is something specific you would like to bring.  We kindly ask that you wear panties to your appointment.   

Do you require appointments?

We do not require appointments but HIGHLY suggest that you make one, especially on the weekends! We tend to fill up quite quickly. A consultant is required to help you in and out of the gowns and in order to give you the best service possible we ask that you call us to make sure there is someone available to help you. 

How many people can I bring?

We can comfortably fit about 4-5 people in the seating area, but we do not limit the amount of people you feel are important to be apart of your appointment.  

Can children come to the appointment?

While we love children at Bridal Exclusives, we do not suggest bringing them to your appointments as a safety precaution because there are mannequins, alterations pins, and long dresses to trip on.  We also find that if there is an upset child in the store, it has the potential to distract the other parties around the store.  We want everyone to have an equal opportunity to have an amazing experience here at Bridal Exclusives! 

Can I bring food and drinks?

YES! We encourage you to bring anything that will make your experience more memorable.  Whether that be wine, champagne, treats or goodies, we just ask that you bring your own plates, utensils, and cups! We have specialty coffee, tea, and water available upon request for free. 

What are your price ranges and dress sizes?

Our gowns range from around $500-$3000.  Our sizes range from 00-32w!

What is the standard order time?

Gowns can take up to 4-6 months to come in to our store.  If you have a close wedding date, NO WORRIES! There are absolutely other options for you that we can discuss at your appointment!  

If you are out of state, or someone in your bridal party is out of state, we do offer shipping options. Please call for quotes. 

Do you carry bridesmaids dresses?

Yes we do! We have a large formal wear section.  This can mean bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, gala gowns, and special occasion dresses.  If you want to order a formal gown, the standard order time is around 3-4 months.  Unfortunately, we no longer carry flower girls dresses! But we do have designers that carry them and we can definitely special order them for you. 

If you would like to do your bridesmaids appointment before/after your bridal appointment, please be sure to mention that you will need a 3 hour time block on the phone when making your appointment. 

Do you carry accessories?

Yes we do! We have a large selection of veils, belts/sashes, jewelry, headpieces, and more.  

Do you do alterations?

We have wonderful contracted seamstresses that we work with, that would be available for your appointments in the store.  We suggest starting your wedding dress alterations about 3 months before the wedding date. The seamstresses require a 6 week turnaround time for wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses but they do have rush options if your wear date is closer than that. They ask that you bring the shoes that you plan on wearing as well as any undergarments that you may need, you are also welcome to purchase the ones we have here in the store!

We do take alterations from gowns purchased outside the store, but only during our non-busy season.  Please call for questions and details. 

Do you have a location in Clackamas and/or Salem?

No we do not! We did in the past but we have consolidated all stores into the ONE location across from Bridgeport Village in Tigard.  There are no other Bridal Exclusives except in Oregon, but we are a vendor for retailers who are nationwide. 

Do you offer gown preservation?

Yes we do! We use a wonderful company called Wedding Gown  Preservation Company, located in New York.  The standard time it takes is around 10-14 weeks from when you drop off your gown to us.  

Do you buy back wedding gowns?

Unfortunately we do not buy back or consign wedding gowns.  We do suggest that you take it to one of these wonderful locations though; Blue Sky Bridal, Brides for a Cause, Adorned in Grace, or Shabby Chic!

Do you loan out gowns for styled shoots?

Yes we absolutely do! Please speak with management for more details.
